Our largest assembly facility has its own technical training lab, where employees can get hands-on experience to build their technical skills and knowledge of products and processes. Individual training plans are developed to ensure each employee can meet their full potential.
Our business exists to positively impact the communities in which we operate. Many of our sites are active in their communities, and our people are empowered to contribute to their local communities, including through paid community volunteer leave.
Developing leadership as a competence and a fundamental aspect of our company culture is critical to delivering on our business strategy and reaching our goals. Through Hexagon University we offer courses intended to guide and engage our leaders in activities, discussions, and hands-on practice in a variety of leadership competencies.
