California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

Hexagon Agility is committed to eradicating slavery and human trafficking from its product supply chain. Hexagon Agility has signed and supports the UN Global Compact in areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. We also hold our suppliers to these standards and expect that they are in compliance with the laws of the countries in which they do business.

Pursuant to the requirements of the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (Sen. Bill No. 657), Hexagon Agility discloses the following:

Through our purchase arrangements, Hexagon Agility requires all of its suppliers to be contractually compliant with a variety of social responsibility matters as set forth in Hexagon Agility’s Corporate Social Responsibility statement and the Quality Policy Manual, including human rights.

In addition, for long-term suppliers, Hexagon Agility requires each supplier to complete a Corporate Social Responsibility Self-Assessment to enable Agility to evaluate such supplier’s compliance with Hexagon Agility’s requirements. Based on each supplier’s risk level and impact of supplied products, Agility will periodically perform supplier performance reviews and on-site audits to verify continuing compliance with Hexagon Agility’s requirements.
